An advocate is duty bound to bring to the knowledge of the court certain facts & despite knowing falsity if he supports a false/ vexatious complaint then he seems to be a party. Rule 13 of the Rules prohibits the appearance of the complainant through an advocate as under. (Rule 13 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Rules, 2006). That this Rule 13 specifically prohibits any person who is interested or connected with the subject matter of the dispute or is related to any one of the parties or to those who represent them unless such objection is waived by all the parties in writing. In this regard it is submitted that the petitioner/ her family was in touch with lawyer/s / association/s. And further this false, frivolous, concocted, baseless complaint by complainant is a result of after thought & made after discussion with interested/ connected/ related lawyer/s association/s in a vexatious manner. Further, the complainant has herself relied upon three numbers withinher plaint viz., xxxxxxxxxx & xxxxxxxxxx & xxxxxxxx.
