Rathee, a civil engineer with experience of more than two decades in the construction industry in various positions. During his 16-year stint with DLF Universal Ltd as estate manager of one of the largest townships in the country, DLF Qutab Enclave in Gurgaon, Shri  Rathee acquired deep insight into the difficulties faced by people while constructing their homes. Thereby germinated the idea of providing a single-window service right from planning and design, obtaining various clearances, construction and interiors.
