Petitioner will herself admit this fact in front of this Hon’ble Court & I vehemently raise objection before this Hon’ble Court to move ahead with this case without recording the statement in this regard from the petitioner, The sole identity card i.e., driving licence used by the petitioner is false & is thereby vehemently objected for it being false and comes under name fraud because her true legal identity is SUNDRI RANI & NOT SUNDARTA DEVI as per her passport number XNCHDHEEH. That due to this name fraud as explained in above para (emphasis supplied) there is every possibility for the petitioner to misuse various government agencies & may try to evade the country hence in the larger than public interest the passport of the petitioner (Passport number XVD225354) needs to be impounded r/w Section 10(3)(e) of the passport act 1967. That the maintenance application of the petitioner is vehemently & specifically objected because the real name of the petitioner is ALEKHYA RAJU whereas maintenance is being demanded by the name SUNDRI RANI without attaching any name change proofs which proofs this illegality. It is worth mentioning here that changing the name by a person without divorce is illegal & if any person wants to change her name without divorce then that person has to follow a legal procedure which has not been done hence this attracts provisions of lego-technical fallacy to the petitioner’s petition & also to her maintenance application. Hence, her maintenance application & also this petition is not maintainable in the eyes of law & is thereby liable to be rejected with exemplary costs. That all the applications attached to this WS & also all the attachments to those applications and total documents submitted alongwith WS shall be treated as annexures to this WS as my defense to this false case shall be based on these submissions.
